The Oklahoma Golf Association offers educational opportunities on the Rules of Golf to club members, local professionals, college & high school teams, and our volunteers. In addition to our annual Rules Seminar that alternates between Oklahoma City and Tulsa, we also provide education at the club level if a facility would like to conduct a seminar for their members.
