Roy Oxford...
ENID - The Oklahoma Golf Association sadly announces the passing of longtime OGA and USGA volunteer, Roy Oxford, of Enid. Roy was a fixture at OGA events where he performed as a Rules expert and as a proud member of Barrett's Crew. Roy also served the Association as a member of the Board of Directors. The staff at the OGA, its volunteers and those who played in our championships will surely miss the wit and expertise of Roy, a true gentleman. In lieu of flowers the Family has requested that a donation be made in Roy's honor to the Oklahoma Golf Association Foundation. Such donation can be made through the Brown & Cummings Funeral Home in Enid or directly to the Foundation at 2800 Coltrane Place - Ste 2, Edmond, Ok 73034.
